摘要
知识经济就是人才经济,在知识经济时代,全球性人才争夺既激烈,又残酷。讨论了全球性的人才短缺危机,针对国际上人才的争夺和我国人才流失受到的损失,提出了我国应采取的对策。
Knowledge economy is talent economy, in knowledge economy times, global talent＇s decide is very harsh, this paper discusses the talent crisis of global, and the ＂contend＂policy of western country, puts fprward the countermeasures of our country.
