This paper mainly discussed the writing technique and translation skill of the technical papers. The English abstract of technical papers are composed of three parts： the purpose, the methods, the conclusion. And correct tense and voice should be employed when translate. At last, analyze the process and make a conclusion of the writing and translating of the technical papers.
