Risk management can be seen as an important component of Olympics management, which exists in the lifecycle of Olympics. This paper analyzes the risk factors of each stage during the lifecycle of the Olympics. Based on total risk management, lifecycle risk control model for Olympics is set up. And this mode will provide the Olympics with new ideas and more effective solutions.
