有氧健身操改善大学生体质现状的实验研究 被引量:24

摘要 有氧运动可明显改善机体功能状态,提高机体抗病能力,已经在学术界普遍得到共识,以天津大学一年级健身操选修课的学生为对象,通过一学期(16周)健身操有氧训练,以体质、部分免疫指标的对比研究为手段,探讨不同时间有氧运动对机体生理功能的影响,为进一步研究有氧运动的时间、周期在提高机体抗病能力方面的功效,提供可咨参考的依据。 A large number of evidences show that aerobic exercise significantly improves body performance and enhances health state. Adopted certain number of college students choosing aerobics course at Grade One in Tianjing University as research objects, after 16-week aerobic exercises, selected the indexes of physical fitness, partly immunity indexes as research measures, this study explored the impacts of aerobic exercises on the physical function of body, in order to provide scientific evidence for the further study on the impacts of the duration time and period of aerobic exercises on improving bodily immunity ability.
