The investigation of modification to polyvynyl alcohol(PVA) and its performatces

摘要 向聚乙烯醇(PVA)中添加增塑剂、适量的加工稳定剂来改善其加工黏度,同时用DSC、IR和流变仪对改性后的PVA进行表征,发现改性剂甘油能有效地降低PVA的熔点,加工稳定剂硬脂酸锌能很好地降低PVA的加工黏度,并且还能一定程度上提高PVA的机械性能。 In this investigation, DSC,FT-IR and Rheometer are used to test the performances of modified PVA. We found that the plasticizer of glycerol can lower the m. p of PVA obviously and the stable agent and lubricant of zinc-stearate(Zn(St)2) can lower the melting viscosity obviously. PVA show good mechanic performances after it is modified.
