石钢富氧喷煤高炉临时休风后的炉况恢复

Restoration of regular working of No.2 BF after blow-down at Shijia/.huang Iron & Steel Works

1994年11月4日,石钢2号高炉(300m^3)因大钟故障被迫临时休风21 h22 min。休风前高炉富氧率控制在1.8％～3.0％,复风时提高到3.9％～5.7％,防止了炉凉和炉缸冻结的发生,加速了炉况的恢复进程。

the No.2 BF at Shijiazhuang Iron & Steel Works was blown-down temporarily for 21 hours and 22 minutes on Nov.4,1994 because of large bell breakdown.The blast furnace was operated with the oxygen enrichment rate of 1.8 %~3.0% before blow-down but of 3.9%~5.7% in period of restoring blast in order to avoid furnace cold and hearth freezing up and to promote restoring regular furnace condition.
