摘要
通过传热学计算及现有国产筑炉材料的检测研究,我们认为长寿高炉设计的思路应该是:使用不结垢、不腐蚀的冷却水;设计合理的冷却器;选用合适的廉价的优质的耐火材料作炉衬。这样,建设一座造价低的长寿高炉是可能的。
Through heat transfer calculation and investigation on domestic new kind of refractories,it is clear that as (a)scale free and corrosion free cooling water,(b)properly designed cooler,(c) suitable refractories,are all ready,it is possible to construct a long campaign life BF with lower investment.The order of key considerable factors are cooling water,cooler,refractory.
