摘要
在分析工作经历结构与能力增长方式之间内在机理的基础上,以能力增长特征为标准,概括出了五种典型的职业模式,并据此制定企业战略与组织职业逻辑之间的匹配关系以及组织的职业管理策略,构建合适的职业生涯体系,为员工能力的发展提供足够的空间和机会,从而增强企业的竞争优势。
Based on analyzing the relationship between work structure and competcneies growth pattern, this paper works out five typical career patterns from the competencies perspective, and the career management tactics of organization is also discussed. This may provide more career channes for employee to develop themselves so fllat enterprises can he ensure of continuous competitive advantages in terms of human resources.
