摘要
产业结构的演进即产业发展的历史过程。我国啤酒产业的构成演进可以从企业规模、资本集中状况及技术构成的层面上历史地进行把握。同时,辅之以数量分析,清楚地表示出啤酒产业各个侧面的历史发展及现实状态。所以要在宏观实证研究的基础上,了解我国在此产业上的优势与差距,进而预见出此产业的发展方向,从而制定出适应我国具体情况下产业的发展政策,为企业自身的战略管理奠定基础。
Industrial restructuring reflects historical evdvement of it. The restructuring cunts to Chinese beer bremeiy in terms of enterprise scale capital centralization and technological structure.And with a quantitative analysis, it shows every aspect of its development in history and at present. Through an analysis of the advantages and disadvantases, the paper predicts trerd of its development, which can be goad reference to the decision making in the course of implementing enterprise strategies.
