淡水小球藻清除Cu^(2+)、Cd^(2+)、Zn^(2+)污染能力的研究 被引量:14

摘要 用接种密度(n/mL-1)为498×104的淡水小球藻对含Cu2+、Cd2+、Zn2+的水体分别处理,观察了藻细胞对上述3种离子的清除能力,并用金鱼存活检测了结果。结果表明:(1)淡水小球藻对不同密度的Cu2+、Cd2+、Zn2+都有清除能力,Cu2+的密度在0.094~0.484 mol/L时,清除率为61%~84.5%;Cd2+的密度在0.053~0.32mol/L时,清除率为45.90%~78.20%;Zn2+的密度在0.077~0.466 mol/L时,清除率为61.80%~84.80%。(2)淡水小球藻Cu2+、Cd2+和Zn2+良好工作浓度分别为0.094~0.484 mol/L、0.053~0.32 mol/L和0.077~0.466mol/L。其中,Zn2+的清除能达到国家污染物排放的二级标准。 The paper reports the removal metal ions capacity of Chlorela vulagris of freshwater with 498 × 10^4cultural density (n/mL^-1) and the final residual of metal ions by the survving time of goldfish. Chlorela vulagris of freshwater was cultured in 1% Kangwei medium treated with Cu^2 + , Cd^2 + and Zn^2 + at the concentration of 0. 094 - 0. 484 mol/L. The results showed that : ( 1 ) Chlorela valagris of freshwater had the removal capacity to the metal ions of Cu^2 + , Cd^2 + and Zn^2 +. And the 61% - 84.5% of Cu^2+ was removed from the wastewater with the concentration of 0.094 - 0. 484 mol/L Cu^2 + ; the 45.90% - 78.20% of Cd^2 + was removed from the wastewater with the concentration of 0. 053 - 0.32 mol/L Cd^2+ ; the 61.80% -84.80% of Zn^2+ was removed from the wastewater with the concentration of 0. 077 -0. 466 mol/L Zn^2 +. (2) The efficient removal concentration range of Cu^2 + , Cd^2 + and Zn^2 + were 0. 094 - 0. 484 mol/L, 0.053 - 0.32 mol/L and 0. 077 -0. 466 mol/L respectively. After removed from the wastewater, the final residual of 0. 466 mol/L of Zn^2 + had reached the relessing criterion of China.
