摘要
分析了不同水淹深度和水淹时间对秋华柳根部非结构性碳水化合物含量的影响.结果表明:水淹60-d后,秋华柳根生物量显著低于未淹对照组植株;水淹20-d时,全淹和半淹组植株可溶糖、淀粉和总糖含量与对照组差异不显著.水淹60-d后,可溶糖、总糖含量从少到多依次为全淹组,半淹组,对照组,不同水淹方式间淀粉含量差异不显著.
Effects of different experimental flooding depth (unflooded, partial flooded and submerged) and flooding duration on non-structural carbohydrates content in roots of Salix variegate were analyzed. It was found that root biomass of plants flooded for 60d was plants. ted and days of merged There was no significant difference in content of water significantly lower than that of controlled soluble sugar between 20-day-flooding-trea- 20-day-control plants; the similar trend was found for content of starch and total sugar. After 60 treatment, content of water soluble sugar and total sugar were both the lowest in totally subplants while highest in control plants meanwhile content of starch showed no significant difference among different flooding depth treatment.
