力竭性运动影响血液流变性的相关因素分析 被引量:9

摘要 观察了一次性递增负荷至力竭运动对血液流变性的影响,同时测定心率、血乳酸、血氧饱和度、血清丙二醛和最大吸氧量等指标,并对血液流变学指标与最大吸氧量、血乳酸、心率等指标进行相关分析.发现:力竭运动引起全血粘度、血浆粘度增加等血液流变性质的改变,运动后心率、血乳酸、血氧饱和度、血清丙二醛浓度的变化与血液流变性改变密切相关. This paper studied the effects of exhausted exercise on hemorheolgy and the changes of VO2max, blood oxygen saturation, MDA, HL and HR were measured as well. The correlations of these indexes with hemorheology markers were analyzed. The results showed that the change of hemorheology was caused by exhausted exercise. The changes of hemorheology were closely correlated with those of blood oxygen saturation, MDA, HL and HR.
