摘要
以纳米固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2为催化剂,通过苯乙酮和乙二醇反应合成苯乙酮环乙二缩酮。实验结果表明,纳米固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2是合成苯乙酮环乙二缩酮的良好催化剂,最佳反应条件如下:酮醇物质的量比为1∶1.2,催化剂用量为0.5g/0.1mol苯乙酮,反应时间为80min,产率可达99.3%。
Acetophenone cyclic ethylic ketal was synthesized from acetophenone and ethylene glycol using nanosolid superacid SO4^2-/TiO2 as catalyst. The results showed that the SO4^2-/TiO2 is a good catalyst for synthesizing acetophenone cyclic ethylic ketal.The oplimal conditions were found as follows:molar ratio of acetophenone to ethylene glycol was 1 : 1.2, amount of catalyst was 0. 5 g/0. 1 mol acetophenone , reaction time was 80 min and yield of acetophenone cyclic ethylic ketal could reach 99.3%.
