摘要
从生产过程控制着手,考证了土霉素预处理过程中酸化pH值控制水平、过程温度控制水平和预处理时间长短对差向化反应产生影响程度,确定了温度、静置时间是影响4-差向土霉素含量提高的关键因素,设计进行了预冷水、发酵预先降温、冷冻酸化等试验研究,并验证了其有效性。
