单宁酸在碳糊电极上的伏安行为研究

摘要 研究了单宁酸在碳糊电极上的伏安行为,实验表明在B-R缓冲溶液(pH=6.0)介质中,单宁酸的半阶微分曲线在0.38V(vs.SCE)有一灵敏的氧化峰,在2.0×10-7-8.0×10-5mol.L-1范围内,其峰电流的大小与单宁酸的浓度呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9985,检测限为6.3×10-8mol.L-1。该法灵敏度较高,操作方便,可用于茶叶中单宁酸的测定,回收率为99.5%-103%。 The voltammetric behavior of tanin at carbon paste electrode was investigated. In B-R buffer solution(pH=6.0) , a sensitive half-order derivative of oxidize peak of tanin was observed at +0. 38V (vs. SCE), when it is per-concentrated for 120 s. Linear relationship between the peak current (ip) and the concentration of tanin is obtained in the range of 2.0×10^-7-8.0×10^-5mol·L^-1, with a correlation coefficient of 0.998 5. Detection limit of this method achieve to a value of 6.3×10^-8mol·L^-1.In its application to the sample of green tea, the recoveries was 99. 5% to 103%.This method is proved to be of high sensitivity, convenient and rapid in operation.
