摘要
针对纯发泡剂半衰期较短、对已形成注入水窜流通道的高渗透储层封堵效果较差的实际问题.开展了凝胶泡沫体系的研究。该泡沫体系成胶时间在3~10d之间,发泡体积在500mL以上,半衰期在20h以上。该堵剂具有交联时间可控、成胶后强度高、不易破胶及对人造岩心封堵率大的特点,用于注水井调剖时,能达到扩大注入水的波及体积和提高水驱采收率的目的。
Since pure foaming agent with short half-value period causes a poor plugging effect for high-permeability reservoir with water channeling,this paper studies on gel foam sysem.Gelling time of the gel-foam system ranges from 3 to 10d,foaming volume is above 500ml and half-value period is over 20h.The blocking agent has features of controlling crosslinking time,post-gelling high intensity and high blocking rate for artificial core,so it can be used for water injection well profile modification to enhance sweep efficiency and oil recovery.
