摘要
对影响科技成果转化的项目管理理论、产学研一体化理论进行了探讨。认为科技成果转化是一项系统工程;项目管理是开展科技成果转化工作的有效方法,适用于成果转化的各阶段、各过程、各层次;产学研一体化是开展科技成果转化的重要方式。
After probing into the impact of system engineering theory, project management theory, th integration of production, teaching an research, businessincubator theory on transforming scientific ＆ technological achievements, the paper points out that the management of projects and ownership shift is an effective way of transforming scientific ＆ technological achievements and applicable to all the stages, courses and levels of transforming achievements, the integration of production, teaching and research and business-incubator are an importand form of realizing such a transformation.
