公民的政治参与是衡量政治体系民主化和现代化程度的主要标志之一。随着社会主义民主政治的发展,我国公民政治参与活动有显著的改进,但发展水平还比较低,存在一些不足,影响并制约着公民政治参与的实际效果。从政治、经济、文化等方面分析了公民参与政治的现状并提出了相应的措施。

As the development of the construction of democracy in China. We＇ ve made great success in political participation of the citizens , but the level of development is still Low. There are inadequacies in such participation that curbs the effects of reform. The article analyses the factors such as political,economic and cultural aspects, and points out how to overcome the influence restricting factors of political participation and how to highten our citizens Level of political participation.
