思想政治教育工作队伍是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的组织保证。大学生思想政治教育工作队伍主体是学校党政干部、共青团干部、思想政治理论课和哲学社会科学课教师、辅导员及班主任。思想政治课教师可以兼任政治辅导员。
