日光温室甜樱桃果实中矿质营养元素含量的生长季变化 被引量:9

摘要 以6年生甜樱桃品种‘红灯’为试材,对设施栽培樱桃叶、花、果实中矿质营养元素(Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Ca,Mg,K)的含量、生长期动态变化规律及其相关性进行了研究。结果表明:从始花期至终花期,7种矿质营养元素含量均下降;果实进入生长发育阶段,7种矿质营养元素含量变化表现为前期含量较高,后期含量较低,并呈“下降—平缓—下降”的变化趋势,且7种矿质营养元素含量变化相互间均达到极显著正相关;生长期叶、果间Cu,Zn元素呈极显著正相关,Ca,Mn元素呈极显著负相关,其他元素相关性均不显著。果实中7种矿质营养元素含量(均值)大小顺序为:Ca>K>Mg>Mn>Fe>Zn>Cu。 The variation regularity and correlation of the content of mineral nutrient elements(Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Ca, Mg and K) in leaf, flowers and fruits of sweet cherry cultivated in solar greenhouse were studied. The content of seven mineral nutrient elements decreased from the initial blooming to end florescence, which were higher in the early days of fruit development, lower in the late period and had a regularity of "decrease, stable and decrease". There was distinctly positive correlation between the variations of seven kinds of mineral nutrient elements. A distinctly positive correlation existed between leaf and fruits for Cu and Zn. As for Ca and Mn, there was a distinctly negative correlation. But the correlation was not marked for others. The order of seven kinds of mineral nutrient elements' content(average value) in fruits is as follows: Ca〉K 〉 Mg 〉 Mn 〉Fe 〉 Zn〉Cu
