摘要
在大跨度钢管混凝土拱桥施工中,大部分采用无支架缆索吊装斜拉扣挂施工方法,因此确定扣索索力和预抬高量是保证拱肋吊装的施工质量和安全的重要措施。采用基于前进分析的有限元法能方便有效地确定拱肋吊装过程中的扣索索力和预抬高量,并能使扣索索力一次性张拉到位,最后用示例证实本方法的正确性。
In construction of long span concrete-filled steel tube arch bridges, the construction method of cable-stayed suspension and connection without scaffolding is quite often used for lifting and erection of arch rib segments of the bridges. Therefore, the determination of the stay cable forces and preset lifting amount of the erected rib segments becomes the important measure for ensuring construction quality and safety. The utilization of finite element method based on the forward analysis as provided in this paper can easily and effectively determine the stay cable forces and preset lifting amount in the lifting and erection of the rib segments, and the stay cables can be tensioned to their target force values only at one time. Eventually, examples are demonstrated to prove that the method is correct.
