摘要
目的比较散瞳剂托吡卡胺间隔5 min与间隔10 min 2种给药方法的散瞳效果。方法将符合纳入排除标准的患者随机合为试验组126例和对照组128例。点眼前测量2组双侧瞳孔大小并记录。试验组每间隔5 min给药1次,点眼3次后,间隔30 min测量双眼瞳孔大小并记录;对照组每间隔10 min给药1次,点眼3次后,间隔15 min测量双眼瞳孔大小并记录。比较2组的散瞳效果。结果散瞳后试验组的双侧瞳孔分别扩大至7.45 mm和7.48 mm,而对照组则分别散大至6.96 mm和7.00 mm,试验组散瞳效果显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论托吡卡胺每5min给药1次较10 min给药1次散瞳效果更好,且可缩短点眼所需时间。
Objeetive To study the influence of different eyedroping interval on the effects of mydriasis. Methods Divided the selected patients into the experiment group （ 126 cases） and the control group （128 cases） randomly. Different eyedroping imerval were adopted in the different group, and then comapared the datum which obtained from 2 groups. Results The diameter of pupils in the experiment group were 7.45 mm and the 7.48 mm respectively after the mydriasis, which in the control group were 6.96 mm and 7.00 mm respectively, the difference between the 2 groups was significant. Conclusion Using eyedrop of tropicamide by every 5 minutes can effective shorten the operation time and can obtain better effects than the routine method.
