摘要
阐述了数控铣削加工过程中的刀具半径补偿指令和刀具半径补偿过程。研究了刀具半径补偿功能和宏程序在数控程序应用中的实现方法,并介绍了刀具半径补偿功能在使用时应注意的问题,探讨了其在实际生产中的特殊应用。
Cutter radius offset orders in numerical control (NC) milling manufacturing procedure are expounded and cutter radius offset procedure is analyzed. The realized method of cutter radius offset function and macroprogram in numerical control program application is researched. Some questions for cutter radius offset function in actual production of engineering application are also discussed.
