用高岭土制备聚氯化铝铁-淀粉复合絮凝剂及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以高岭土、淀粉为原料合成聚氯化铝铁-淀粉复合絮凝剂。产品和市售PAC(以质量相同计)对废水进行处理,絮凝性能明显优于市售PAC。实验研究了酸浸高岭土的优化工艺条件,高岭土与盐酸质量比为1:3,盐酸浓度为6mol.L-1,温度为85~90℃,反应时间为4h,铝铁的浸取率分别达93%、95%。实验还研究了复合絮凝剂优化反应条件,酸浸液中铝与淀粉质量比为3.4:1,pH为1.5,温度为60℃,反应时间为6h时,产品絮凝效果佳。 Aluminum-iron-starch compound flocculants was synthesized from kaolin and starch. The product and market sell the PAC (the same quality) to deal with the waste water, its flocculate performance obviously superior to market sell PAC. The experiment studied optimize the pickling process conditions of kaolin. The pickling ratio of aluminum and iron is up to 930,95% respectively when the mass ratio is 1:3. Compared kaolin and hydrochloric acid, the mol concentration of the hydrochloric acid was 6 mol·L^-1, the temperature was 85~90℃ and the reaction time was 4 hours. The experiment still studied the compound flocculants optimize the reaction conditions, and got the result that the product had the best flocculated effect when the mass ratio of aluminum and starch in pickling solution was 3,4: 1, the pH value was 1.5, the temperature was 60℃ and the reaction time was 6 hours,
