摘要
运用机械力化学方法对煅烧法所获得的氧化铁进行超细化和表面改性.研究了多种表面活性剂和助剂用量及对其性能的影响.为获得粒径均一的超细氧化铁,通过在不同球配比和不同球料比的条件下进行实验,得到最佳球配比和最佳球料比.
Ultrafineness Fe2O3 powders are prepared from calcinated iron oxide raw material by mechano-chemical processing and then modified by adding some rinds of surface agents. The results showed that the particle sizes and their distribution of the powders are greatly influenced by the ratio of milling balls and raw material. At the same time, the optimal ratio value is determined and the content of agents is also optimized through different milling tests in the end.
