This paper makes resareh on Intelligence Monitoring System on Network and makes analysis the status quo of intelligence monitering system operated at present in medium and small enterprises, such as in Jianlai Chemical Company in Lu＇an City, so that suggestions can be given to improve monitering programs and to build up better intelligence monitoring system on network in the enterprises.
