《西游证道书》评点文字探考(下)

对《西游证道书》的评点文字进行了探考,认为其中固然有宣扬道教金丹大道的内容,但亦揭露和批判了社会的种种弊端与不平,揭示《西游记》的哲理性内涵,赞美《西游记》的奇幻特色、诙谐幽默的艺术笔法和情节结构的感人魅力,可供借鉴之处良多。从丰富的典籍和不同的角度对其评点者进行论证,认为《西游证道书》的评点者既非如清人所言为汪象旭,亦非如当今学者所言为黄周星,而是黄周星和汪象旭共同评点。

This paper makes a text analysis to Comments of A Journey to the West （xi you zheng dao shu）. It holds that the book can give us many an inspiration despite its advocating of Taoist ideas, because the authors reveal and criticize social injustice, expound the philosophical ideas advocated, and eulogize its souring imagination, humorous artistic style and charming plot. Reading many a document and approaching the comment-makers from different perspectives, the authors hold that Comments of A Journey to the West is not made by Wang Xiangxu as scholars in the Qing Dynasty believed, nor is it written by Huang Zhouxing as contemporary scholars have contended. It is co-authored by both Wang and Huang.
