视阈向社区拓展——大学德育的必然选择

Expansion to Social Communities:the Ultimate Choice of College Moral Education

从高等学校与社区的文化互动关系、城市社区蕴含的德育资源以及大学生品德发育的内在需要三个方面,论述了大学德育工作视阈向所驻社区拓展的必要性。认为社区物质文化建设为大学德育提供了有利条件；社区的地域性优势为大学德育提供了适宜的活动空间；社区的人力资源是大学德育师资的必要补充,同时城市社区也是大学生品德发育所必需的“社会现实”和“社会实践”的最直接、最便捷的场所。在此基础上提出了大学德育的工作视阈向社区拓展过程中应遵循主动吸收、理性选择、科学调控等基本原则。

This paper discusses the necessity of expanding college moral education to social communities from three aspectss the cultural interaction of colleges and social communities, the moral education resources in communities and the internal demand of college moral education. It holds that the construction of material civilization in social communities provides favorable conditions for college moral education, their regional advantages provide favorable spaces, their human resources can compensate for the hands needed, and social communities can provide the most direct and convenient places for social reality and social practice. Furthermore, it suggests the principles that college moral education should follow, the principles of active absorption, rational selection and scientific regulation.
