The Relations between the Culture Interest and the Culture Security in the View of Nation and International Aspects

文章在界定了文化利益和文化安全的概念的前提下,主要分析了在国家层面上,文化安全是文化利益实现的保障,文化利益是文化安全追求的目标;在国际层面上,文化利益与文化安全的关系集中于对国家间关系发展的利与弊的影响方面。不论在哪一种层面上,随着社会的发展文化利益与文化安全的关系将愈来愈不可分。
