秋泻合剂治疗小儿秋季腹泻的观察及护理

Observation of the effectiveness of QIUXIE mixture in the treatment of infantile autumnal diarrhea and nursing care

目的:探讨秋泻合剂治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效及护理。方法:将136例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各68例,治疗组采用秋泻合剂治疗,对照组采用病毒唑治疗,观察用药后的临床疗效及治疗前后CD3、CD4及CD8的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率及轮状疾病总转阴率分别为94.12%,对照组分别为79·41%及69·12%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组止吐、退热及食欲恢复时间明显短对对照组明(P<0.05);治疗组CD3、CD4细胞百分率及CD4/CD8比值显著升高,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:秋泻合剂治疗小儿秋季腹泻能显著缩短病程,改善患儿症状,调节其免疫功能。

Objective： To explore the effectiveness of QIUXIE mixture in the treatment of infantile autumnal diarrhea and nursing care. Methods ： 136 infants with autumnal diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 68 ） and control group （ n = 68）. QIUXIE mixture was used to treat infantile autumnal diarrhea in the treatment group while virazole was used in the control group, the effectiveness of treatment and the change of CD3 , CD4 and CD8 were observed after the treatment. Results： The total effective rate and negative conversion rate of rotavirus disease were 94.12% and 92.65% respectively in the treatment group, and 79.41 and 76.47 in the control group. The effectiveness was more obvious in the treatment group than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The duration was shorter in abatement of vomiting and fever and improvement of diet in the treatment group than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. The significant difference of percentage of CD3, CD4 and ratio of CDs and CD4 was found in the comparison of the two groups （ P 〈 0, 05 ）. Conclusion： QIUXIE mixture can effectively shorten the course of sufferings, improve infant＇s condition and adjust immunological function in the treatment of infantile autumnal diarrhea.
