摘要
目的:探讨图文式临床路径教育表在高血压病健康教育中的应用效果。方法:将102例高血压患者随机分为两组,观察组52例应用图文式临床路径教育表并配合口头健康教育;对照组50例采用传统的随机方法进行单纯口头健康教育。结果:观察组对健康教育内容掌握情况及患者满意度调查明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对高血压患者应用图文式临床路径教育表进行健康教育,可明显提高患者对健康教育内容的掌握程度、遵医行为及患者满意度。
Objective: To study the the effect of diagram accessible to clinical education on health education for patients with hypertention. Methods : 102 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into observation group ( n = 52 ) and control group (n = 50). The diagram accessible to clinical education was adopted on the basis of verbal education in the observation group while single verbal education was used in the control group. Results : The command of health knowledge and satisfaction of patients were higher in the observation group than that in the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The application of diagram can effectively increase patient's knowledge on health, satisfaction and patient compliance in the health education.
