摘要
分析了影响狼疮性肾炎（ＬＮ）五年肾存活的主要因素，为指导临床治疗，控制慢性肾功能衰竭（ＣＲＦ）的发生、发展提供证据。方法回顾性分析了７１例ＬＮ的临床、实验室及治疗有关资料，对各项临床参数进行单因素相关分析和多元回归分析。结果男性，Ｓｃｒ，ＢＵＮ增高，补体下降对五年肾存活具有明显不良影响。结论五年肾存活率为６２％，早期发现，早期诊断。
