用硫酸铵分段盐析，ＤＥＡＥ－纤维素，ＤＥＡＥ－ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＡ－２５和ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－７５柱层析的方法，从双胸蚓组织中分离纯化出一种纤溶酶，经聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（ＰＡＧＥ）显示一条区带，ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ测定其分子量为２２．
A thrombolytic enzyme named the thrombolytic enzyme Ⅲ was purified from the crude extract of Bimastos by using a method of ammonium sulfate precipitation and chromatography of DEAE Cellulose,DEAE Sephadex A 25 and Sephadex G 75.The enzyme showed only one band in polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis with a molecular weight of 22 1 KD measured by SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
