摘要
本文介绍主肺动脉窗１例，主动脉窦瘤破裂４例，冠状动脉右室瘘２例诊断及手术治疗经验。作者主张心上分流先天性心脏病一旦确诊即手术治疗。
heexperienceofthesurgicaltreatmentofaortopulmonaryseptaldefect(1case),ruptureofaneurysmsoftheaorticsinus(4cases),andcoronaryarterycardiacchamberfistula(2cases)weresummerized.Wesuggestthatthepatientswithsuperacardiacshuntsbeoperatedoncethediagnosisisdefinited.Torepairtheaneurysmoftheaorticsinusrupturingintotherightatrium,thepatchshouldbelargeenoughtocoverthemembranouspartoftheventricularseptumaswelastheostiumoftheaneurysmoftheaorticsinus,whichisanimportantproceduretopreventtherecurrenceoftheruptureofaneurysminlatepostoperativestage.
