增强CT对头颈部恶性肿瘤颈淋巴结转移的诊断价值

Evaluation of enhanced CT on the cervical lymph node metastasis of head and neck neoplasms

目的探讨增强CT扫描在头颈部恶性肿瘤淋巴结转移诊断中的价值及重要性。方法回顾性分析42例头颈部恶性肿瘤术前颈淋巴结的增强CT表现,并与手术病理对照。结果42例患者中,经增强CT检出并经病理证实有颈部淋巴结转移者23例,其灵敏度为85.2%,特异度为73.3%,准确度为81.0%。结论CT增强扫描对头颈部恶性肿瘤颈淋巴结转移的诊断具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the value of enhanced CT in the cervical lymph node metastasis of head and neck neoplasms. Methods Enhanced CT appearances of cervical lymph node in 42 patients with head and neck neoplasms were analyzed retrospectively,compared with surgical and pathological findings. Results 23 of the 42 patients with the lymph node metastasis confirmed by operation and pathalogy were detected by enhanced CT,the sensitivity rate was 85.2% ,specitivity rate 73.3% and accuracy rate 81.0%. Conclusion The enhanced CT has important value in the diagnosis of the cervical lymphnode metastasis of head and neck neoplasms.
