摘要
阐述了津滨轻轨钢混结合梁在桥面板结构施工过程中发生倾斜变形事故过程及原因,介绍采取的调整措施,首先采用液压千斤顶进行调整,然后完全清除桥面板钢筋混凝土结构,最终使梁体恢复至设计外观尺寸、高程及平面位置。对大体积、大载重结构的工程施工有借鉴意义。
This paper outlines the occurrence of and causes for the tilting and deformation of the steel-concrete composite beams of the Jin-Bin Light Railway during the construction of the bridge floorboards, with stress placed on the adjusting measures taken. Hydraulic jacks were used first to adjust the tilting beams, then reinforced concrete on the bridge floorboards was completely cleared, and finally the beams were restored to their design appearance size, replaced to their design elevation and planimetric position. The project may serve as a reference for the construction of similar large-bodied, and heavy-duty structures in the future.
