摘要
独立学院是新生事物,其校园文化建设从“零”开始。而校园文化是一个学校的精神主宰,没有良好的校园文化,高校的功能就很难发挥。本文对独立学院校园文化建设的主体特性进行了分析,阐述了独立学院校园文化建设的策略。
The campus cultural construction of newly born independent college has to begin all over. Campus culture dominates the spirit of a college. Without excellent campus culture, it will be hard to bring the functions of college into play. This paper analyzes the main characteristics of campus culture construction in independent college and expatiates the corresponding strategies.
