论素质教育与能力培养的关系

On Relationship between Quality-Oriented Education and Ability Cultivation

素质教育已越来越受人关注。但教育工作者往往单纯地把素质教育理解为能力培养．文章认为,素质教育与能力培养是有一定联系的,然而,两者有明显的区别。教育工作者要走出误区,持之以恒地把素质教育落到实处,才能培养出高素质的人才。

Quality-oriented education has drawn more and more attention. But educators usually regard quality-oriented education as ability cultivation. In this paper, the author claims that there is certain association between quality-oriented education and ability cultivation. Nevertheless, there are obvious differences between the two. Educators should go out of the long-standing mistaken ideas and perseveringly put quality-oriented education into practice so as to cultivate talents with high quality.
