摘要 研究了静电场中两种不互溶流体同轴喷雾的行为特点。由实验得出静电场中两种不互溶流体同轴喷雾的较佳工艺条件为:电压8000V,外流体流速1.8ml/h,内流体流速1.8ml/h,内喷头直径0.7mm。采用该技术制备了海藻酸钠-氯化钙包裹的儿茶素微胶囊,该微胶囊最小粒径可达30μm,具有一定的缓释效果,表明该技术具有广阔的应用前景。 An experimental investigation on the electrified co-axial jets of two immisicible liquids issuing from a structured Taylor cone has been carried out. The suitable condition to produce the microcapsule is found through the experiment :the electrical potential is 8kV, the inner diameter of inner needle is 0.7mm,the flow rate of inner and outer is 1.8ml/h.The catechin microcapsules with the wall materials of alginate-calcium chloride were prepared with this technology, The microcapsules can be released controlled and the minimum diameter is around 30μm.
