摘要
分析了钣制皮带轮的特点及传统冲压工艺,介绍了用机、气、液控制的叠边模具的结构和多楔皮带轮缩口叠边成形工艺及模具结构。采用叠边工艺生产的皮带轮抗弯强度和抗扭强度至少要比切削加工的零件提高2倍以上。
The characteristic and conventional stamping process of belt sheave was analyzed. The structure of stacking die with mechanical, electrical and liquid control was described. The stacking forming technology for multi-wedge belt sheave and the structure of die was introduced. The bending strength and torsional strength of belt sheave manufactured in this way will be increased by twice more than that by machining operation.
