摘要
分析了浇口尺寸对制品成型的重要性,并针对一种圆筒形制品,设计了一种结构简单的点浇口成型模具结构。该模具浇口尺寸修正方便,为类似的制品设计提供了参考。
The influence of pouring gate dimension on the injection forming of products was analyzed. A simplified structure mould with pin point gate for a cylindrical part was developed. The mould is easy in the amendment of gate and can be some references to the design of similar parts.
