色织物防自身色纤粘污的方法探讨

Study on the Ways to Avoid Sticking Places Emerged from Color Fiber of Color Weaving Fabric

在无梭织机上进行织造时因机速快,有色纤维会因摩擦而脱落并粘在地色部分。当色织产品的间色和地色反差很大时,造成织物被自身色纤粘污问题。本文介绍了两种解决方案,效果良好而且生产成本比较节约。

If the pirnless loom is used to weave color weavring fabric,as the weaving speed is very quick,color fiber may drop out and stick to base fabric color for the cause of friction. And if there is a sharp contrast between space and base color, the sticking places may emerge from color fiber. In＇this paper,two effective and economic ways to solve the problem are introduced.
