摘要
分析了发电机励磁系统功率单元的工作原理和特点,并进行了故障分类,在此基础上提出一种结合虚拟仪器技术的改进模式识别的故障诊断方法,开发出了基于虚拟仪器的发电机励磁系统功率单元故障诊断系统。实验表明,该系统能准确判断出发生故障的晶闸管,并给出正确的诊断。
This paper analyses the principles and characteristics of generator excitation power unit and classifies the faults of the power unit. On the basis of the analysis, this paper puts forward a fault diagnosis method, which is an advanced pattern recognition method, and develops a fault diagnosis system for the generator excitation power unit based on virtual instruments. It is proved by experiment that the fault diagnosis system can precisely judge wrong thyristors, and make accurate diagnosis.
