摘要
在目前水轮发电机组电液调节系统故障诊断方法中,还没有出现很好的故障定位方法。文中应用模糊数学理论,由专家和运行人员根据电液调节系统的机理和运行经验得出各部件的隶属函数;并根据隶属函数得出整个电液调节系统的故障特征表;最后根据故障特征表计算信息量,作出最大故障二元树,并最终确定故障产生的源头。
A good fault orientation method is not yet available in the fault diagnosis for the electric-hydraulic regulating system of a water-turbine generator set. In the present study, fuzzy mathematics theory is applied, and the membership functions of different parts of the electric-hydraulic regulating system are obtained according to the system mechanism and expert experience. A fault characteristic table of the electric-hydraulic regulating system is constructed according to the membership functions. Then the fault information is calculated and the binary tree of the maximum fault is constructed. And the fault source is found.
