摘要
在空气气氛中,采用固相法与熔融盐法相结合的新工艺,制备出了锂离子蓄电池正极材料LiNiO2。对LiNO3-LiOH和Ni(OH)2混合粉体进行了差热-热重分析(DTA-TG)。通过对制备的LiNiO2进行X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明:制得的LiNiO2具有!-NaFeO2结构,且晶型完整。电性能测试表明:在0.5mA/cm2的充放电电流密度和2.7~4.2V的电压范围内,其放电比容量可达138.5mAh/g,库仑效率达82%。循环20次后,放电比容量仍达114.6mAh/g。研究表明采用此工艺,能制备出电化学性能良好的LiNiO2正极材料。
Cathode material LiNiO: for lithium ion battery was prepared employing a novel technology solid state reaction combined with molten salt method. In air atmosphere, the mixture powders of molten salt LiNO3, LiOH H2O and Ni(OH)2 were analyzed by the method of DTA-TG. XRD results show the prepared LiNiO2 has perfect structure of α-NaFeO2. Electrochemical property tests testify that for charge-discharge current density of 0.5 mA/cm^2 and charge-discharge voltage of 2.7 V and 4.2 V, the initial discharge specific capacity of prepared LiNiOz are 138.5 mAh/g. The coulomb efficiency is 82%. The discharge specific capacity remains 114.6 mAh/g after 20 cycles. It is indicated that the cathode material LiNiO2 with good electrochemical property can be prepared by this technology.
