摘要
串联超级电容器组的电容电压不平衡是阻碍超级电容器储能应用发展的一个重要因素,实现串联超级电容器组的电压均衡可以延长超级电容器的使用寿命,增加储存能量,提高储能系统的可靠性。讨论了目前正在研究和已经应用的超级电容器电压均衡方法,鉴于它们的不足之处,提出了一种新颖的以单个电解电容器做能量传递器件的超级电容器电压均衡方法,并研制成功一套数字化控制均衡设备。仿真分析及实验结果表明:这种电压均衡方法效率高、均压速度快,在超级电容器储能系统中有很高的应用价值。
Cell to cell voltage imbalance of supercapacitors is one of main reasons for impeding the development of supercapacitor energy storage application, and voltage equalization can prolong the lifetime of supercapacitor, increase the amount of stored energy and improve the reliability of the energy storage system. This paper discussed several voltage balancing methods, analyses the disadvantages of these methods, and proposes a novel method using single capacitor as energy transferring tool, at the same time a digital controlled voltage balancing device was built. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed scheme is useful with the advantages of low energy waste and balance rapidly, and it can play active role in supercapacitor energy storage system.
