氟哌噻吨-美利曲辛联合西沙比利治疗功能性消化不良32例

Effective observation on FD treated by flupentixol/melitracen combined with cisapride

目的:探讨抗抑郁药氟哌噻吨-美利曲辛(黛力新)联合西沙比利治疗功能性消化不良(functionaldyspepsia,FD)的临床疗效。方法:对门诊64例FD的患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,均予以西沙比利5mg,每日3次,餐前15～30分钟口服。治疗组加用氟哌噻吨-美利曲辛每日早晨及中午各1片口服。结果:治疗4周后统计结果:治疗组显效42%,有效43%,总有效率85%,疗效与对照组比较差异有极显著性,P<0.01。结论:氟哌噻吨-美利曲辛与西沙比利治疗功能性消化不良疗效较好。

Objectlve：To explore the clinical effect on functional dyspepsia （FD） treated by antidepressant of flupentixol/melitracen combined with cisapfide.Methods：64 patients with FD in clinic were divided into treatment group and control group at random and both were given cisapride 5mg 3times/d,orally before 15 to 30 min of dinner, meanwhile flupentixol/melitracen each a table in morning and noon were added respectively in treatment group.Results;The result showed after 4 weeks：apparent rate was 42% effective rate was 43% and the total effective rate was 85% in treatment group.The effect in the treatment had obvious defferenee from the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The effect was good in the treatment of FD by Flupentixol/melitracen combined with eisapride.
