我国农村土地承包经营权流转中的问题及对策

THE PROBLEM AND COUNTERMEASURE IN TRANSFERENCES OF CONTRACTED MANAGEMENT RIGHTS OF RURAL LAND

随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展,农民土地承包经营权流转问题越来越引起人们的普遍关注。合理有序的土地承包经营权流转可以促进资源有效流动,实现土地优化配置,促进农村经济的增长,但是由于管理和制度等的不完善,当前的农地承包经营权流转过程中出现了一系列问题,阻碍了农村经济的发展。本文就农村土地承包经营权流转中出现的问题以及对策作简单探讨。

Along with the unceasing development of the socialistic market economy in China, the transferences problem of contracted management rights of rural land has been paid more and more attentions. The reasonable and ordered transferences of land contracted management right can promote the effective circulation of resources, realize the optimization disposition of land, and boost the increase of rural economy. However, since the imperfection of managing and system, there are a series of problems in the current transferences process of contracted management rights of rural land, which block the development of rural economy. The problems in the transferences of contracted management rights of rural land and the countermeasures are discussed in this paper.
