摘要
本文从增加土地经济供给角度对中国现有城镇土地利用潜力进行分析,并指出了城镇土地利用潜力挖掘的几个主要途径,以求能够缓解中国城镇土地利用的供需矛盾。
Based on adding the land economic supply, this paper analyzes the present land utilization potentiality. In order to alleviate the contradiction between land supply and demand, several methods to tap the latent power of land utilization are put forward as well.
