浅谈国外职业地质师管理制度及其对我国的启示

THE BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF THE FOREIGN PROFESSIONAL GEOLOGISTS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND THE ENLIGHTENMENT TO CHINA

随着中国市场经济的发展,商业性地质工作所占的比例越来越大,特别是在中国地质工作要充分利用两种资源、两种市场的思路指导下,地质专业技术人员的执业范围与执业领域也逐步向全球资源、经济领域扩大。本文通过介绍、分析和总结国外部分主要矿业国家的职业地质师管理制度、运行特点以及与融资的关系等,说明了职业地质师资格管理制度的重要性。并根据国外管理经验,阐述了在建立我国注册地质师制度过程中应注意的问题和设计原则。

As the China＇s economy develops, the commercial geological work is becoming more and more important. Especially, since the policy of fully utilizing the both domestic and international markets and resources has been advocated, a lot of Chinese geologists entered the international geological and economic field. According to these circumstances, this paper gives the brief introduction on the foreign professional geologists management system and the professional geologists＇role in the capital market of the mainly foreign developed country. The paper also gives the brief summary on their mechanism characteristics, and explained the importance of the reform of the Chinese geologists management system which is critical to the safe and healthy geological market. Inspired by the foreign independent professional geologists management mechanism, the paper analyses the shortage of the Chinese existing geologists management in the commercial geological work, gives the suggestions on how to design and establish the mechanism of the certified Chinese professional geologists.
